Abstracts should be no more than 400 words in length.
You will have the opportunity to specify a preference for an oral or a poster presentation, or can be considered for either format.
Oral presentations are expected to be 10 minutes duration with time for questions.
Posters should fit on a standard A1 portrait poster board and will be displayed during breaks and in dedicated poster sessions.
You may include a link to a figure or supporting material
At least one author will need to register for the conference and attend the event to present the work.
We welcome submissions of published and unpublished work. There are no conference proceedings. Abstracts will be shared with participants but this is a non-archival conference.
Abstract submission will be open from 9th March 2026
The deadline to receive submissions is 30th April 2026
We will notify you of acceptance by 22nd May 2026
